Anyone can make a garden look good on handover day. We choose plants and materials that look better as they mature — and we maintain many of our builds to prove it.
Structural work like decks and retaining walls is licensed work for a reason. Ours is done to code, engineered where required, and fully insured.
You approve a detailed written quote before we start. If you want changes mid-project, they're priced and approved before we do them.

Greenhaven Landscaping began in Paddington in 2017 with a mower, a trailer and a landscape design diploma. The early maintenance rounds taught us something no course could: which plants actually survive a Brisbane summer, which timbers cope with the humidity, and what Queenslander gardens need to stay beautiful without becoming a second job.

Site visits and quotes are free. For full garden designs, we charge a design fee that's credited back against the build if you go ahead with us — so the design work is effectively free when we build it.
Autumn and spring are ideal for planting, but construction work — decks, walls, paths — can happen year-round. Book early in spring though; that's when everyone's garden ambition wakes up at once.
Sometimes. Decks above certain heights and retaining walls over one metre generally need approval and engineering. We assess this at quote stage and handle the paperwork as part of the job — you won't be left figuring it out yourself.
Absolutely. Not every garden needs a blank slate. We're happy to work around established trees and features you love, refresh the parts that aren't working, and leave the rest alone.
Yes. Our maintenance packages are open to any garden in our service area. We'll do an initial tidy-up visit first, then settle into a regular cycle.
